All things supplements, vitamins & more!
One of the goals I set for myself in 2020, was to become healthier. I won’t say that I have completely achieved my goal, because #rona, but I will say that I have definitely made some improvements. One of those being taking daily vitamins and supplements to make sure that I am getting the nutrients I need!
What I take in the morning
Vitamins: Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Zinc and Elderberry. Each of these vitamins provides you with an array of health benefits, some of which are below.
Vitamin C: Helps to improve the immune system, help protects your heart, helps to protect your skin and prevent cancer.
Vitamin D3: Boosts immunity, fights off respiratory illnesses, supports your bones and teeth, and supports brain function.
Zinc: Helps with acne, defense against cancer, promotes immune function, balances hormones, and promotes heart health.
Elderberry: lower blood sugar, boosts immunity, promotes skin health and healing, helps fight off colds and the flu. (I take the Sambucus gummies everyday and they taste amazing! You can find them at any local grocery store or online!)
Supplements: Modere Trim and Biocell Collagen. Together these products, along with a healthy diet and exercise, help to improve skin condition and youthfulness, as well as promote healthy weight loss and a reduction of fat storage.
Trim: Created with collagen, helps to break down fat faster and reduce fat storage, promotes health skin, and improve muscle tone.
Biocell: aids in the production and maintenance of healthy skin, promotes healthy joints and decrease skin dryness.
What I take at night
Vitamins: none
Supplements: Isagenix Isaflush and Probiotics. These individual products are a part of the overall Isagenix health and performance regiments. They also have a cleanse system, that helps to eliminate toxins, free radicals, and reduce unwanted fat and waste from your system.
Isaflush: aids in digestive regularity and overall health
Probiotics: supports overall digestion and health

I would say that through the consistent use of these products, I have found that my health has improved a lot over the last few months. I have experienced less colds/issues with allergies this year, and I do not experience as much irregularity as I used to.
In terms of the Modere products, I have only been using those for a few weeks. I would say the biggest benefits I have seen are my hair and nails growing a bit faster. I have not noticed a whole lot in terms of fat loss, improvement in cellulite, etc. I hope to see more over the next few weeks/months as I continue to take them!
I have really enjoyed researching the importance of vitamins and supplements, and the overall health benefits that they can provide. I hope to learn more as I continue to look for ways to improve my overall health! The next health challenge/goal of mine: fixing my crazy diet!
