Amazon Self Care & Beauty Favorites

I have always been a fan of Amazon, especially their deals, but I have a new found love for all things self care and beauty! Check out some of my favorite products below! ( I have rounded prices up to the nearest whole number for ease of math/budgeting!).

Himalayan Scrub by M3 Naturals- $32

Y’all, this product is amazing! I absolutely love the smell because it’s not too overpowering, but still super refreshing! It makes your skin feel so soft and smooth, and I love that it is infused with collagen and stem cells to give my skin a boost of anti-aging benefits. I use it in the shower on the days before I shave, and it has definitely helped with razor burn. Not to mention it has helped with dry skin on my knees and feet! I apply lotion right after I shower to lock in all the moisture I can and to help keep my skin as soft and smooth as possible!

If you love to use at home tanning products like lotions, this would be a great addition to your self tanning routine, if you don’t exfoliate already!

Panasonic Facial Groomer- $20

I love this little tool as it has helped to keep my eyebrows in check during quarantine since I have not been able to get them waxed! I have used other personal grooming, or shaving, tools in the past, but this is definitely my favorite. It has a pivoting head, which makes it easier to use, and I love that I can also use it on my bikini area when I need a quick touch up! It comes with a top to protect the grooming plate, and a little brush so that I can keep it clean!

Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara by Essence - $5

I am definitely picky when it comes to mascara; I want a good brush head that gives me volume and separation because I have super short eyelashes naturally. This mascara is not my #1 favorite, but definitely top 3 when you take into account price and performance! It does the job, looks good, and gives you the perfect touch of the false lash effect. I also love this mascara because its gluten and cruelty free, which is an added bonus! I am trying to become more conscious and intentional when buying beauty products that are cruelty free, so this was definitely a purchase in the right direction for me! Check it out here!

Jade Roller and Gua Sha Set- $20

I was not able to link the exact set I purchased, but found another great option here. I love my jade roller! I keep it in the freezer for added benefits, and use it in the morning! The cooling effect from the freezer is refreshing and helps to reduce puffiness, too! You can easily look up routines or best practices when it comes to using a jade roller and gua sha for your face and neck, but the general guidelines are to use motions that go up and away from your face if you want to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and use downward motions if you are wanting to focus on lymphatic drainage. I love using my jade roller around my eyes and cheeks, and I use the gua sha scrapper around my cheeks and jaw line! You can typically see results right after use, but these are typically short term.

Lavender Neck Wrap by Carex - $16

This might be my all time favorite purchase from Amazon- EVER. This neck wrap not only smells amazing (Lavender is one of my favorite scents) but it feels amazing, too! I only use it for warm therapy, but it can be used for cold therapy as well. I pop mine in the microwave for a minute to a minute and a half, put it on my neck and relax! It helps to loosen an stiffness in my neck, shoulders or upper back! I have also found relief with this wrap when I am experience tension headaches! Definitely a must have if you love to relax and indulge in self care essentials!

Aquaphor Healing Ointment- $10

This ointment is a God-send. I have used it for so many things, from dry skin, to healing scars, to chapped lips and more. Right now, I am using it to help heal a couple spots on my face, and a scratch I got from my over-zealous puppy! I use it often when Neosporin won’t work or is not the best option. It is thick and can be greasy, so a little goes a long way with this product.

OPI Nail and Cuticle Oil- $10

I was struggling at the beginning or quarantine with not being able to visit a nail salon. I am a dip powder fan, so when I had to take my own nails off at home, I needed help to deal with the aftermath. This oil helped to make my cuticles softer and helped to nourish and restore the skin around my nails. Definitely a great purchase, and the same applies here- a little goes a long way! Check it out here!

O’Keeffe’s Healthy Feet Foot Cream- $10

So I have always found O’Keeffe products to work very well, but this one might take the cake. This foot cream works SOOO WELL! I usually put it on after my shower, so my skin is soft enough to absorb the cream. All it takes it a thin layer, and then I usually put on fuzzy socks so that I am not getting it everywhere. If you are a dancer, runner, or workout a lot, this would be a great product for you to help keep your feet soft and healthy!

DreamTime Inner Peace Eye Pillow- $20

This is my favorite cold therapy wrap for headaches, allergy and eye relief! I keep my wrap in the freezer, and typically use it at night when I am on the couch or when I crawl into bed. I just lay it across my eyes/forehead and relax! The cool sensation helps to alleviate any pain or discomfort I might be feeling from allergies or a headache, and it is super refreshing.

Hope you found a little something to add to your self care and beauty routines!
